Mt. Pumori Expedition ( Fly to Lukla - Fly out by Lukla )

This stunning peak lies in the upper Khumbu region of Nepal. The peak is on the border of Nepal and Tibet, where the difference between the two countries is obvious: The arid Tibetan Plateau stretches to the north and west, and the brilliant white peaks of Nepal rise to the south and east.

Pumori is one of the premier 7,000M peaks in the Everest region of Nepal. It is ideal for those looking to pursue the 8000m peaks, or a fantastic climb in its own right. The route follows the Southeast buttress before it traverses to the East Ridge for the remainder of the ascent. Requiring excellent physical endurance, Pumori offers sections of wild exposure, views of Lhotse and Everest, with technical difficulty worthy of any Himalayan alpinist. Pumori is a serious expedition peak designed only for experienced climbers.

Day 05 : Trek to Namche Bazaar (3446 m). Overnight in lodge.
Day 06 : Trek to Khumjung (3790m). Overnight at Himalayan Chain Resort.
Day 07 : Khumjung for acclimatization and changing of porters and yaks.
Day 08 : Trek to Tengboche Monastery (3867m). Overnight in lodge.
Day 09 : Trek to Dingboche (4347m). Overnight in lodge.
Day 10 : Trek to Lobuche (4900m). Overnight at Himalayan Chain Resort..
Day 11 : Lobuche, acclimatization day.
Day 12 : Pumori Base Camp.
Day 13-29 : Climbing Period Mt. Pumori.
DAy 30 : Cleaning up Base Camp.
Day 31 : Trek to Dingboche. Overnight in lodge.
Day 32 : Trek to Khumjung. Overnight in lodge.
Day 33 : Fly from Syangboche to Kathmandu. Transfer to your hotel.
Day 34-35 : Kathmandu.
Day 36 : Departure.
